Paddleboard Yoga & Meditation


  Warmup with yoga and some quick stretches by the shore or on the beach, and then grab your boards and get ready to practice your yoga while standup paddleboarding. Afterwards, you’ll be able to do yoga on anything!


  Learn how to paddle, and balance on the board (the basics of paddleboarding)

  Spend time doing yoga while standup paddle boarding


What’s Provided:

Choose one:

3 Hour Paddleboard Yoga Camp: includes yoga class, SUP instruction, soft-top or inflatable Standup paddleboards, paddle, rashguards, leashes, yoga mats, shade tent, and GoPro water photography. Professional group SUP and yoga instruction is provided by CPR certified instructors. (4 or more people)


Private Lesson: includes paddleboards, and all other required equipment plus a 1 on 1 or semi-private group session.


What to Bring:

Swimsuit, towels, sun block, flip flops, and water



 3 Hour Paddleboard Yoga Camp (4 person minimum)-

$95 per person or $85pp (with 5 or more people)
